1. Respect for Copyright

The L663 respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on l663.guide infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a takedown notice, send the following information to our designated agent:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. A description of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or location on l663.guide
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf

3. Counter-Notification

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the Western District of Washington and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.

5. User-Submitted Content
